What this site records about a visit.
Two visitor-counting tools run on this site. This page says what they collect and how to switch them off.
What is collected
This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Both set cookies in your browser and record how the site is used: the pages you open, how you arrived (a Google search or a link on Facebook, for example), the kind of device and browser, your general location such as the city, and what you tap, click and scroll. Clarity also keeps replays of visits and maps of where people click.
We use it to see which pages are useful and whether the site is bringing in calls and enquiries.
What Google and Microsoft do with it
Google explains its side at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Microsoft explains its side in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. By using this site you agree that we, Google and Microsoft can collect and use this data.
Switching it off
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and every page here works the same without them. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, neither tool is loaded at all.
When you get in touch
The contact form sends your name, suburb, phone number, optional email address and job details to a private enquiry store used by Free Flow's website. A notification is sent to Brandon through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use these details to respond to your request, not for visitor analytics. The form is masked from Clarity recordings. If a notification fails, the saved enquiry stays available for delivery recovery.
Your enquiry is stored separately from other businesses' enquiries and is accessible only to the website operators and Free Flow. Contact Brandon using the details below if you want to ask about, correct or remove your information.
