Repair or replace
Where the water is coming from usually tells the story. A cylinder that has rusted through is a replacement, and no amount of parts changes that. A leaking relief valve, a failed thermostat or a dead element is often a repair. It needs eyes on it before anyone can say which.

Getting the size right
A continuous flow unit has to keep up with the outlets running at once, not just the number of people in the house. Tell us how many bathrooms there are and when the hot water cops the most use, and we will size the replacement off that.
